I just wanted to update my customers on the state of deliveries with the ongoing Royal Mail strikes.
Members of the Communication Workers Union (CWU) have planned strikes on the 8th, 9th, 30th September 2022 and 1st October 2022. Thankfully, 95% of my orders use other tracked couriers so the majority of my customers should not be affected. For the small percentage of orders that do use Royal Mail, please expect your item to be slightly delayed during this time and please accept my apologies.
If the strikes continue, I will look at using another courier to ensure items are dispatched and delivered in a timely manner.
