If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.


Unwanted Items/Change of Mind

You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

Your item must be in the original packaging.

Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).

You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

Damaged/Defective Items

If an item is received damaged, we will accept returns within 14 days of purchase. In most cases, we will offer a replacement, if this is not possible then a full refund will be offered. In these cases the return cost will be covered by us, we may however ask for photographic evidence so we can pass this feedback onto our courier partners.

The following DO NOT count as damaged or defective.

i) Item packaging condition - We can not - and never do - guarantee "mint" condition items. Minor marks, creases and small imperfections are to be expected.

ii) Cosmetic paint application issues


Refunds will be made to your original payment method.

Please allow up to 5 working days for a refund to appear on your account (Credit/Debit card) and up to 30 days for Paypal payments (this is usually much sooner).


You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item (Unwanted/Change Of Mind). Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Any refund, which is due to a fault or other defect (Damaged/Defective Items), will include a refund of the applicable delivery charge.
