How Much Does Shipping Cost?

Shipping costs a flat rate of £3.99 for all orders in the UK under £100. Any orders over £100 are shipped free of charge.

Do You Ship Internationally?

We currently only ship to the UK. We are exploring our international shipping options and the site will be updated in due course.

Are The Items You Sell Brand New/Mint?

All our items are straight from the factory case. However, please bear in mind that this does not mean the items are "mint", as with factory cases the products are shipped without packaging. This is because these items are intended to be played with and are not designed with collectors in mind, even though we all like to collect them!

Our items are brand new, shipped out securely in a strong cardboard box with sufficient packaging to protect the item but we can't - and never do - guarantee the item you will receive will be "mint".

How Soon Will You Dispatch My Order?

Orders are usually processed within 48 hours of receiving the order (Monday - Friday). Your order should arrive within 2-3 business days from time of dispatch.

Pre-Order Terms & Conditions

1. What is a Pre-Order?

A pre-order allows you to reserve an item before it is released or becomes available. Payment is taken at the time your order is placed to secure your reservation.

2. Release Dates

All release dates are estimates provided by the manufacturer or our suppliers and are subject to change without notice. Delays are common within the collectibles industry and are outside of our control.

We will endeavour to keep customers informed of any significant delays where possible.

3. Supplier Allocations

Pre-orders are subject to manufacturer and supplier allocations. Whilst we make every effort to fulfil all pre-orders, we cannot guarantee supply if our supplier reduces or cancels our allocation.

If we are unable to supply your pre-order for any reason, including manufacturer cancellation, supplier allocation reductions or discontinued products, we will notify you as soon as possible and issue a full refund to your original payment method.

4. Payment

Full payment is required when placing a pre-order unless otherwise stated.

5. Combined Orders

If your order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, your order may be held until all items are available unless alternative shipping arrangements have been agreed. Additional shipping charges may apply if separate deliveries are requested.

6. Product Images

Manufacturer images are used for many pre-order products and final packaging, colours, accessories or product specifications may differ slightly from those shown. Such changes do not normally constitute a fault.

7. Manufacturer Changes

Manufacturers may amend release dates, packaging, product specifications or accessories without notice. These changes are outside our control.

8. Customer Cancellation Rights

Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights under UK consumer law.

Customers purchasing online may have cancellation rights under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. If you wish to cancel a pre-order, please contact us as soon as possible and we will advise you of your rights based on the stage of your order.

9. Our Right to Cancel

We reserve the right to cancel a pre-order where circumstances beyond our reasonable control prevent us from fulfilling the order. This includes, but is not limited to:

* Manufacturer cancellation.
* Supplier allocation reductions.
* Product discontinuation.
* Pricing errors.
* Significant supplier availability issues.

Where we cancel your order, a full refund will be issued promptly.
