SHIPPING POLICY

All orders are processed within 48 hours (weekdays). Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

SHIPPING RATES & DELIVERY ESTIMATES 

We currently only ship to the UK.

Delivery £3.99 per order. Free delivery is available on all orders over £100.

We use a variety of couriers for our items, most items are delivered within 48 hours and tracking will be provided once your item has shipped.

PRE-ORDERED ITEMS

We strongly recommend to customers who wish to place an order for in stock and pre-order items to do so in separate orders. Orders containing a mix of in stock and pre-ordered items will only ship once the entire order can be fulfilled.

Where an item is labelled a 'pre-order,' the best current expected delivery dates will be shown. These dates are subject to change without warning and are out of our control. Once a pre-ordered item has arrived in stock, all 'pre-order' tags will be removed from the title and the description.
